There be plenty out there, but none seemed to fit my needs well wants really, something that i could live will all day everyday. and have finally managed to find one, well 3 actually, with different icon theme and so on, cant seem to find where it saved the theme to, or if its just loading from the other folders.
anyway here are the 3 that i use and for what, to make what i think is the perfect theme, for me at least.
Controls : SphereCrystal
Window Border: Smoked Glass
Icons: Dropline Nue
plus im using Compiz Fusion for the cool desktop effects.
